Cancellation Policy
Deposits are 20% of the appointment price and are NON-REFUNDABLE due to supply and demand. Please reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment if you must reschedule.
There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment is cancelled and will require rescheduling for another day based on convenience. No call, no show cannot book future appointments and will be charged 100% of their total.
