Cancellation Policy
To reserve your appointment, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable due to the time and preparation dedicated to each service. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any disruption to your service.
A 10-minute grace period is provided. After this time, your appointment may be canceled and will need to be rescheduled based on availability.
No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total and will not be eligible for future bookings.
Payment is accepted via cash, Apple Pay, or Zelle. Please note that exact cash is required, as change will not be provided.
